disable LAN OR NETWORK boot
set ur bios to quick boot,
minimize ur bios f2, f12, waiting time to just for 5 seconds

yeh bios ka problem hi,

aap apny system ke bios ko khud set kar sako to behter other wise kisi expert ko dekha kar k bios setting thek karwa lyn,

hoa yeh hi k ya to aap k system ka battery cell jiss sy bios save rehti hi, khatam ho chuka hi usko change karwa dyn, ya phir iss cell ko kisi ne nikal k dobara lagaya hi, bios ko reset karny k ley ya khud he kisi ne bios ke settings ko restore to default kar dia hi,


so , change ur bios settings, in this way

UR PC SEEMS TO BE UNBRANDED

plz follow these steps
1st
adjust the exact time on ur pc
turrn off the pc
plug out the power cord
turn on the cpu power button
currents in motherbaords and supply 's capacitors will be discharged
again plug in the power cord
turn on the pc
on successfull boot, check for the date and time,
if it is the same u adjusted last time or not??
and reply
2nd, on bios boot screen, check for any error or beep
and reply
3rd
make sure that u have done all of bios settings once on default and then change the bios settings in this way

change boot priority of hard disk at the first
check for lan or network boot disable this one
check for floppy drive boot just disable this one
change cd or dvd rom boot priorty to 2nd after hard disk
check quick boot of cpu
