Go to “Start” “Run” and type the following, without quotes:
GPEDIT.MSC

Open the following path:

User Config > Admin Templates > Control Panel

Click on “Hide Specified Control Panel Applets”

Add a dot in enabled and click “Show”

Click the Add button

Type the following into the add box (without quotes): “nusrmgt.cpl”
