Lg optimus lu 6200 . Anonymous sms problem

I got a phone LG Optimus LTE (LU6200). My only problem on this phone is, Every SMS I receive will show "Anonymous" as the sender (no number or name) even though the phone number is saved on my contacts.

So all my text messages is pilled up under the name anonymous from different sender.

Has anyone has the same problem? do you have a fix?
