Software for Photos Organizer?

All Experts,

I need a Software for Photo Organizer (Facial recognition) same like a Picasa,

I have 5000+ photos in so many different folders, i want to make folders by name with the person's photo.

I know Google Picasa can make different photo folders by name with "Facial recognition" but it is showing only inside the software screen.

I hope u understand my question So anyone know how to do like this...

But it is not comply my requirements
