Website/webpage updater.....

I need a one software or website that can update me, when any updated comes on my given website addresses/webpage.

Actually I am using some websites for my profession, but i can't open all times because i m busy some other works, so i m looking for a website or any software to update me.

For Example the page : http://www.itdunya.com/f9/

I can't open all the times to check update but when any update comes on this website/webpage, it should be update me Via email or some notification on desktop....

I hope all expert understand my question.
