I have purchase voice v 90 (dual sim) 3 months ago from previous 1 month ago I am facing a problem in the handset . its hanging and became heat up from behind battery cover , dear sir I want to claim it , can i claim according to your regulation if so then please tell me , i think thee is some problem in the mobile handset because it has 2 Gb of ram so it should not be hanged . it hand now so much I am really worried about this because it new . i want that you please help me out about this that what should I do , its hangs now so much that even i when message some body it hangs and its touch screen went off as it does not reflect my touch on the screen i touch 2 or 3 times after that it reply it .

Mere pas samsung glaxy s4 i9500 hi jo k bahot slow work kar raha hi uc ya opera use kar rahe hon aur keypad lock ho jaye to opera aur uc exit ho jate hain set ki storage info main jain to intarnal memory 8.47 Gb show hoti hi agar sd card nekal kar usb se pc par connect karin to intarnal storage 14 mb show hoti hi jo format ka opetion deti hi format karin to format nahen hoti.. Agar 5 apps instal karin to low disk space a jata hi is masle ka koi hal koi bata sakta hi....??
