    plz it brothers and sisters wazan kam kerna kalia koi azmoda medicine ya nuskha exercise ka ilawa plz batai ,I am doing exercise plus diet pabhi control ha phir bhi wazan kam nai horaha ,buhat bura feel hota ha,plzzzz ksi ka psss koi azmoda nukha ya koi experience jissa waqia faida hua ho agar kdi ko koi medicine pata ho to Plz batain,I will be very greatful,or its reality ka medicine ya kuch nuskha waqai effective hohan ,mana kai logon ko dakha unka wazan harankun had tak kam hogya,lskin sachi bat ya ha ka ksi sa agar pochain na sab kahta han bus ji himna to kuch bhi nai kia hum to asa hi tha,exercise to zarori hs or exercise or diet ka baghar wazan kam nahi hota lskin medicine bhi uska sath agar koi effective mil jain to phir zyada farq parta hs exercise sa sirf kuch khas zyada farq nahi parta,
    islia apsab sa request ha ka plz apna experience dhare karan...

    Bhai ap raat ko itna bhaga karo k ap ko paseena nikal jaye mene ye try kya he jitna ziyada bhagoge utna zyada paseena niklega or jitna zyada paseena niklega utna hi jaldi wazan kam hoga.

    Wo cheez jisse calories zyada hoon usko buht km kardyn.. blke mat khayen

    Jasy Egg ki zardi
    Parathay ya Oil me talli hui cheezain (Agar kabhi khana ho to Tissue se Oil ko achi tarah saaf karlen)
    Rooti ka istaml karen chaawal km khayen.
    Thori buht Running karlia karen
    (Subha ka time behtar hai)
    Salad ka istamaal karen.
    Lunch me fruits ya salad khayen.
