I want to insert time automatically in a cell but i don't want the time updated automatically...

Let's say column A is a "Employee code" and column D is "Arrival Time".
When i type Emp. code in cell A2, then the cell D2 should show automatically the time employee arrives.....
And same for out time, File attached here.......
