How to unlock PTCL 3G EVO Wingle AC796 to use 3G by SIM Cards

I want to use Mobilink 3G on my 3G Evo Wingle. I've heard that we can unlock Wingle to use any network sim on it. How can I unlock it...??? Need your help for that...
Model of Wingle is AC796

Evo uses CDMA technology while other sims use GSM, so you cannot use evo for mobilink sim.
You are just trying to unlock CD rom to Play DVD in it. Hope you understand

Hello friends i m new here little bit but as you are telling them Evo or Wingle or 4g is impossible to unlock every thing in this world cloud been unlock but you have all kind of stuff what you want to
as you all know ptcl gave evo wingle or 4g in experiences rates but there is a a lot of people on net who are selling it in very cheap rates with cheap packages so if they can do why we don't they change his mdn number with some one else device if you want to learn more go to google and find it
wingle for sale in 1000rs this wingle is unlocked for sims too if you tell them you want to do it
