LG F200 msg sending error and USSD code running error

mare pass LG F200 hay. android version 4.4.2 kitkat hai. us main 2 problems aa rehe hay..01 ye hay mere pass sab kay msgs aa rehe hain par me jab bhi return reply karta hoon to ye error ata hai.."return wrong number" or msg send nahi hota..
02 problem ye hai me jab bhi telenor par koi package karta hoon to call par chala jata hay USSD CODE running par nahi jata..
for example... *2*2*2# jese ye package sms ka hay to ye jab bhi dial karta hoon to call par chale jata hy or package nahi hota..
please help me as soon as possible..
