oracle setup not runing

Dear ALL itd experts

Problem ye hai k mai oracle setup run karha ho installation k lea but wo run nahe horha hai exe per click karta ho process karta hai pher koe event nahe hota jab k dosre system per run horha hai but mere p4 mai run nahe horha hai or kese bhe p4 mai run nahe horha hai piii mai run horha hai pls is ka koe solution bataye

p4 256 ram 2.3ghz
os/windows2003 server

Step 1.
App apni Oracle Installation CD ko apni Hard Disk ma Copy Kar lain.

Step 2.
issi location sa ya file find karwa lain "symcjit"

Step 3.

Matlooba File ko Rename kar dain... "symcjitaaa"

Step 4. ab app setup chalay Inshallah sari CD install ho gai gi

i think jo oracle aap install kar rahe hian wo Windows server 2003 ko support nhi kar raha hia..

app ki aur P4 computer me install kar k dekhin.. jis me Win xp install ho..

mai nai xp mai bhe kar k dekha hai but p4 mai nahe chal raha pIII mai chal rha hai
