cs 1.6 problem

friends,kal tak cs 1.6 theek chal rha tha aaj ye problem aa rhi hay k jab bhi open krta hoon black window aa jaati hay aur 10-15 secs baad game band ho jaata hay . please help me ....

my pc configs:
3.00 ghz processor
4 GB RAM
80 GB HARDDISK

mein ne game uninstall kr k dobara install bhi kiya but kuch bhi nhin hua is se
