Plz give me sume detailz of this method

I mean for example if i have this zong number 03145842415 then what will i have to do for sending sms??

will i add just 92and then add3145842415 ( 923145842415)???

anybody will xplain the whole method plzzz??

1st go to msg settings
then msg centre number
replace the old number with new msg centre number
then save and restart your mobile
now send a msg to any one with country code e.g 0092-345-8971588
you will find msg sending error but it will be delivered
you must check it first by sending your own number
