ACER ASPIRE LAPTOP WINDOWS PROBLEM

Asslam o alikum!
Dear experts mere paas acer ka laptop hai.iss mai jb b koi windows install krta hu to wo theek chlti hai...lekin next bar on krne pe system blkl slow ho jata hai...aur phir uss k bad jb on krta hu to windows k logo tk computer jata hai aur waha pe stuck (hang) ho jata hai...
Dear experts mujhy plz guide kr de k ye windows ka problem hai ya harddrive ka msla hai???
windows 7 b try kr chuka hu...aur windows 8 b try kr chuka hu...lekin same problem aa raha hai.......
Please guide me as soon as possible...
