Q Mobile & audio_cambridge_advanced_v4.3.102 .apk install problem

Salam Friends.........
I am having a big problem with my Q Mobile X700i with the installation of Cambridge_Advanced_Learner's_Audio_Dictionary.apk.
Unfortunately the mentioned dic has no installation manual.
For Samsung androids it can be installed as this.......
Open phone memory............
Click on Android........
There are 2 folders in it ...Data + obb
so the dic is 1st installed and then the Data file is extracted into Obb folder and DONE.

In My Q mobile the obb folder is located outside the the Android Folder.
As i paste this folder into Adnroid folder and do the rest of the job But as i open the dictionary it seems ok but soon i am prompted to download the require data from internet.
Which means something is wrong there. Because the data file is already 105mb and what should be the meaning of further more 105 mb data to be downloaded?
Plz help me solve this installation problem.

bhai mujhe b ye problem hn mn ne oxford advance learner's 8 apk dictionary download ki hn, saat mn 2 aur files obb ki b download ki hn, obb files ko mn ne android folder obb mn copy b ki phir b dictionary start se data download maang rha hn, mn kia karon
