salam frinds mere pas latitude d830 dell ka laptop hai usme mujhe masla hai battry ka battry pehle itna kharab nahi tha pehle charge hota tha lekin abhe charge pe plugged in hai per not charging ka error hai or jab charge band karta ho to off hojati hai help me ye kya masla hai agar battry kharab hai to me new loo per new oragnal hai ya na wo kese pata chalega ????

Hi, Please follow below steps;
1. Shut down your laptop and remove AC plug
2. Remove battery from laptop
3. Connect AC plug and start laptop without battery
4. Uninstall all Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery and Microsoft AC Adaptor from Device manager (see attachment)
5. shut down your laptop and install battery
6. Connect AC plug and power on laptop let windows install these components
If this doesn't work you have to replace your battery
