Reset The PHONE app On Your PHONE By Opening Settings & Then SEARCH For appLication Manager. In The appLication Manager Switch To The TAB "ALL" & Then SEARCH For "TeLePHONE". Tap On It To Open The app Information. Now Tap In The FOLLOWING ORDER The Buttons Within The app Info

1. Force Stop
2. CLear Data
3. CLear CACHE

Restart Your PHONE Now.

The error "Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" Won't appear Now, But If It STILL appears Do FOLLOW The BeLow Step(s) as WELL.

Wipe CACHE Partition On Your PHONE (Data Won't Be DELETED)

Turn Your PHONE Off By Long Pressing The Power On / Off Button.

Now You NEED To Press & HOLD The FOLLOWING Keys

Power On / Off - VoLume + - Home Button
If Your PHONE VIBRATES Once Then ReLease The Power On / Off Button But Keep The Other Two Keys PRESSED UnTILL a Menu appears On The DispLay Screen. Here You Can Now Use The VoLume Button To SeLect "Wipe CACHE Partition". Confirm With The "Power On / Off" Button To DeLete The CACHE. Then MarK "ReBoot PHONE" To ReBoot.
