Friends i want to work in freelancer, but i don't know really how to work.
Does any one know about freelance, how to work ...?

Fine.. Well, Firstly you should consider yourself that which ability or skills you have. There are many works in freelancing best ones are listed below,
Graphic, Logo, poster, banner, brochure, UX, UI Designer
Web Designer
Writer.. etc

Don't worry about payment methods. All good freelancing websites have "wire transfer" method that is allowed in Pakistan. Just go ahead and start some earnings.

they ask me about method ,
said that payment method , so what should i do, i mean which method i apply for payment

Paypal is not available in Pakistan and also wire transfer cost $25 so its not worth it.
you can use skrill with your bank account or credit card.
Although attaching your skrill account to freelancer costs $0.50 or something.
