How to lock 1 drive

Good Morning to all
Me apny window 7 me 1 drive pe lock lagana chahta ho...Kindly koi method batao drive pe lock kese lagaty hai......plz help...

Use BitLocker, Right click on the drive that you want to lock and select “Turn on Bitlocker”. Baqi ka procedure easy hai, u can easily understand it..
Note: For using BitLocker you should have two or more partitions on your drive.
