How to reset iTunes backup password?

I backed up my iPhone a few days ago with iTunes. Now I need to restore some text messages from the backup. When I use iTunes to do it, it asks me to input a password consistently. I remembered I never put a password on it. Now how can I remove the password?

Try to contact the support team of Apple, maybe they will tell your the password.
Or other ways is try UUkeys iTunes backup unlocker tools to reset your iTunes backup.

They can't on this as I already called them. They says it is a personal affair and they can't do anything about it because the password doesn't store on their server.
