I need to update my pc bios
because it shows message about updating bios .... message is

copyright(C) 2003-06 intel corporation
2206-end of post heci failure
system halted. power cycle the system to reboot)
I have tried many things like removing the clock cell, pressing the reset button etc.
now I just need to uograde it so
kindly provide me with links to download the required files to upgrade and also give me step by step instructions to update the bios
