    کھانے میں لہسن کا استعمال ہائی بلڈپریشر سے بچاتا ہے۔ ھائی بلڈپریشر ہوتو کچے لہسن کی ایک پھانک یا تُری روزانہ کھایئے۔ بلڈپریشر میں کمی آئیگی
