    Bhai french fries me koi protein nahi. Sirf carbohydrate aur oil hai.
    Han weight gain k liye apko healthy diet chahiye fastfood nahi. Sb se pehla kam heavy excercise 2nd kam khana jis me doodh dahi chicken aur meat egg whites aur chanay lobia. Is k sath roti aaloo aur banana b uthna he zaroori hai aur oil b. Healthy cheezein khayein protein rich. Is k ilawa time pe sona aur neend poori karna Zyada garmi aur sardi se bachna boht zaroori hai. Ap try karein. Maine aisy he 20kg gain kia 3 saal me.
