Default Decimal Values Pasted into two seprate cells in Excel 2013

When I copied text form notepad or any other text editor source and paste into any cell in excel it will automatically paste these values into two cells e.g 31.25 is copied and then paste into a cell it will automatically separate into two cells like 31 in one cell and 25 other..
Please help for solving this issue..
