Follow my Steps And check.
1st.Restart your device.

2nd.time aur date check kro.Automatic hai to manual pr rakh kr set kro.

3rd.Playstore ka cache aur Data delete kr do. Goto Settings > Apps Manager > Playstore > clear cache an clear Data

4rth.Playstore ki updates install kr do . Goto Settings > Apps manager > Playstore > Uninstall Updates .
Aur phir foran koi app downlaod kr k dekho Hotti hai ya nhi.

5fth. Goto Settings > About Phone (Last option) > Phone Updates Or Check For Update. Aur confirm kro ke koi upadate na ayi hui ho . aggar ayi hai to wo update install krni hogi.

6th. Check if your download manager is Active. Goto Settings > Apps manager> All Apps > Find Download Manager > Clear data and Cache >Force Stop> Disable it > enable It.

7th. Goto Airplane Mode and wait for 10 Secs.And Turn it off. Then try again.Or try to download with Sim data .

8th. Restart your Modem . or call your net service provider to reset your connection and ip address.
Aggar Yh sab steps krny pr bhi na ho to please Mujhe PM kro .Apka firmware mein problem aa gyi hai. Mein apka firmware Update krny mein maddad kru ga.
