Batch Images Stitching...............!

I want to joint 2 Images side by side.... but i need as software that joint lot of Images just single click..............please held me

You want to make images like collage? Or what?
And Where you want to use them ??

Thanks for reply. I want to compare 2 snaps and find difference between both. So want to see both same time on Screen.
For example i have 2 Folders and each Folder have 100 snaps and having same name i.e 1,2,3...100. and i want to compare snaps 1 of first Folder with snaps 1 of second folder....... hope you understand

I think you can try by copy one folder to other folder with the command "copy,but keep the both files"
