    ویسے تو حدیث میں بھی ہے کہ نہار منہ پانی پینا انسان کو کمزور بناتا ہے
    کچھ ڈاکٹرز کہتے ہیں پینا چاہیے معدہ کیلئے اچھا ہوتا ہے کچھ کہتے ہیں کہ نہیں پینا چاہئے
