You can use system restore option

Go to Start----->ALL programs-----Accessories---System tools--->>System Restore ....
When system restore open ..Click on Restore y computer to an earlier time..

So jis din say yeh problem aana start hoi thi us say pahlay ki date select kar kay system restore kar lo....
