If you are in a situation where you think your JAZZ internet package is fully consumed but your usage has not changed in past few months then use this thread to post your experience. I've been a JAZZ customer for over a year now and been on 25 GB monthly plan. It was working fine till past two months when I noticed that it consumed 25 GBs in 4 days! First I thought someone else may have used my dongle. I changed passwords and kept an eye on my consumption. My mobile device and windows laptop reports only 15GB usage where JAZZ says 25GB again in 4 days. I reported the issue to local JAZZ office and customer service. No one wants to provide me detail logs where I have consumed so much data. There are many other customers with same complaint. I understand that this is a subjective discussion, however, we as a group can post evidence against this extortion.
