Complaint about amendment letter

A.o.A sir ....I have done my b.ed through aiou...but on my degree my father name is incorrect that's why I sent correction form with essentials documents to Islamabad office in May...but still no response I have also again send application for reminder..please tell me when will I received amendment letter?
