I got call from my friend that he is facing the same problem but i'm confused about step 0.

How to create these files "Home Video.exe" and "csrss.exe" as they are already present on the drives ?????

0.Create and Save files named "Home Video.exe" and "csrss.exe" in all drives with 0 kb(If you can't do it within 5 seconds ,do it from a bootable media)
----You can't ignore this 0th step----

agar app window kar saktay hay tu plz wo tu kar de na us kay baadd app kisi cheese ko clik mat karay and mycomputer ko open karay tools>folder option main jaye waha show all files karay and uncheck the hide operating system files recommented ko uncheck karay and yes karay us kay baad kisi drive ko clik mat karay or address baar kay through drive main jaye(jaha hum website likhtay hay) or drive main enter hojaye app ko viruses nazar aye gi app usay SHIT+DEL kay saath remove karay sub drive main wahi method repeat karay then restart agar theek na hoa tu main main jo app kahay gay wo karoonga

I've talked with my friend and he has Windows Vista Original and not ready to uninstall its windows as he don't believe that in Pakistan we can have original window ....... Just tell me about 0th step and I"ll do it ......
