Convert iPhone HEIC Photos

All recent taken photos are my iphone 8 are in .heic format. can't open it on my windows 10 pc. how to convert them into regular format such as .jpg or.png?

200+ photos. I don't have Dropbox account. However about iCloud or Google Drive?

P.S I find TunesBro HEIC Converter that can batch convert the photos.

As i said , 200+ photos , the free tools are not enough . don't worry , at least third-party tools can help you , maybe .
