    Default I’ve disabled my instagram account and now I forgotten my password.

    As salaam walaikum! Dears meine apna instagram id temporally disable kiya tha aur ab mein password bool gaya hun,jab me reset link apne gmail pe bejdetha hun tho wa’n pe (now user found) show aotha hai kindly
