Main jb b koi call krta hon ya kisi k recive kro to speaker auto on ho jata hai... pls. guid krey k wo auto on na ho.

My phone automatically on the speaker when i am calling or receiving from anyone.

Please try this

Tap the "Speakerphone" icon on the bottom Event Status Bar during a call to turn on the speakerphone for touch-capable Samsung phones.
Press the "Options" key on the Samsung phone and select "Speakerphone." If a confirmation dialog appears, select "Yes" to turn on the speakerphone on many Samsung models.

Side down the top menu.
Select Sound to change to vibration mode.
Select Vibrate to change to silent mode.
Select Mute to change to sound mode again.
