how could i get the ip address of anyone through yahoo or hotmail account~!??

Assalam-o-Alaikum....App yeh IP Address Say Maloom kar saktee hooo.....
IP Address app kesee malom kareegeee???/..App jiss kee Ip Address Maloom karnaa chahoo uss koo Koi File Send karooo..jub woo download karnee lageee..too App.... Dos (Cmd) main jayee..aur wahaa..... netstat-n type karee....
list main app koo un kee IP maloom ho jayeegee....
Per iss IP say Location kesee maloom karnaa hay.....iss kay leyee bahut saree software aur web sites hay..........

Jin kay baree main inshallah Hum App logo kay batayengee..

Walakum Salaam~!! Thx to reply me but there is a problem! her kisi ko file send kar k ip check karna tu himaqat hey~! maray kuch dost hain woh without sending file ip and hotmail ke information check karlatay hain~! i dont know kiss software se yah kaam hota hey~! plz ager pata hey tu bata dain~!
