how to configure & Install IP-VPN in Server

Please anyone send the steps how to configure & Install IP-VPN in Server as well as remote client PC.(Windows Server :Windows 2003 ,Remote Client PC : Windows XP).

Also how to share the 2 client PCs of same place in single IP-VPN connection in remote areas.
