C++ kia hai

janab mujhe ye poochna hai ke

microsoft visual C++ 2005 redistrbutable ye kai hai or kis kam aati hai
mere computer main add or remove program main hai par mujhe nahi pata ke
ye kia hai or is se kia kaam kiye jate hain
plz koi help kare
meri maloomat main izafa ho ga or haan ager main is ko remove kar doon to kia hoga plz koi jaldi bataye

salam dear brother! aap ise remove na karen.ye software un tamam elements ko load karta hai jo visual c++ se banaye application ko run kar sake.ye software unke liye hota hai jinke system me vc++ nahi hoti.agar aap ke system men vc++ hai ya aap vc++ ke application ko use nahi karte ho to aap isko remove kar sakte hen.

as i know C++ to eik informatique zaban hay just like PHP or HTML
is say kai programmes bantay hay!!!
