Mere computer ka desktop work nahi krta hai

jis icon pe bhi clik kro wo kam nahi krta hai

Or start menu mai say all program ki option bhi nahi aa rahi hai


or dektop pe recycle bin bhi nahi hai

restore all programmes option in start menu

Open the Start Menu.
. type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
.
In the left pane, click on User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Start Menu and Taskbar. (See screenshot below)
5. In the right pane, right click on Remove All Programs list from the Start menu and click Properties
