Yes you can, you just need a separate partition for Linux. If you only have one partition, use a program like Partition Magic to create a second one (the normal backup caveat applies). Most Linux operating systems give you the option to set your computer up to dual-boot. This allows you to choose at each boot up time whether to boot into Windows or Linux

But I think You could not catch my question properly I am asking for virtual software ( A virtual software is use to install a new window/mac/linux ,while you are in windows environment. it is a virtual environment so you do not need to make a new partition ) I know every environment linux/mac/window have the capability of dual environment. but it is not virtual. and my purpose is to make a visrtual environment.
