Virus problem

hello every one , i have a problem there is a virus in my system , it creats problem when i m using the internet ,when i open any site msg comes thatError on page the site is not opened properly messenger has also problem i have scan my system but i cant find the solution. all other functions are working properly. kindly help me .

Install window again.....n than install antivirus.....

bhai koe aur tariika nahi kaya virus remove karnay ka i have already an antivirus in my system but wo is virus ko remove nahi kar raha i just want to know that which virus is this ?
