Network Error (tcp_error)

salam to all ,
ye error kaya hey jab be google ya koe aur site open karnay ki koshish karo to ye error ata hey . i m using LAN. bagi system theek chalta hey sirf internet use kanay me problem hey. new windows install kar k be ye masla solve nahi ho raha.

Open the Configuration Panel, Network connections. Select the network connection that's giving you troubles. Right click on it, select properties. Remove QOS service. and Check the TCP/IP settings
