I need help to set *extra modem command* for using mobile internet in PC!

Salam Pakistan,
mere pass free mobile internet trick hai which is working on mobile phone but problem ye hai k Pc pe net use karne k liye extra command add karni hai but jo access point hai wo command mai add nahi ho raha, agar koi expert hai who can solve my problem plz reply to my post and i will share that trick with him/her!!!
