How we can pas entry in tally accounting software for General Journal?
suppose i receive 25000 Rs chq from customer and i want to deposit this to bank so how i will pass this entry in General journal in Tally?

you have to pass Receipt entry, debit bank a/c and credit customer a/c. ***************smart yousufzai said:

agar jis time app nay customer se amount le and bank main direct usi din deposit ki tu phir
bank a/c
cash a/c
aye ga and agar jis din amount customer se le and us din bank main nahi jama ki balkay kisi or din deposit ki tu us ki double entry ati hay
cash a/c
customer(name) a/c
bank a/c
cash a/c
