pc freeze problem

hello

my pc is freezing when i use downloading or some thing else

i use k7 product suit antivirus which tells no virus

i use to download games and my system is running from 2 days
as before also i use 3 to 4 days but now why this problem occurs

and i use to connect all connection my ups but when i remove side chasis fan wire from my ups it doesnt freeze that i think

but whats this problem and whats the solution for it
