Folder Option menu item from the Tools menu

Open Run and then type "gpedit.msc".
Now goto User Configuration > Administrative templates > Windows Component > Windows Explorer.
Click on Windows Explorer you will find the 3rd option on the right side of screen "Removes the Folder Option menu item from the Tools menu" Just check it,
if it is not configured then change it to disable by double clicking on it and after applying again set it to not configured.

(12)SHOWALL pe single click kar k right side pe dekhen "CheckValue" likha hoga, usay dekhen k wo DWORD value hai ?
balke ap usko delete he kar dein
(13) phir right click karen or new mai "DWORD value" pe click kar dein
or name mai "CheckValue" likh dein, uski value 1 rakhni hai(hexadecimal)
bus phir regedit close kar dein or Folder Option mai show hidden files ko check karen ge to apki hidden files show ho jayen gi...
