Disable USB drive on Specific Network Users ? plz

Dosto me Windows 2000 Server use kar raha hoo or chahta hoo k mere network k specific users USB use na kar sake sirf Administrator ya IT Users USB ko use kar sake..

Matlab: Me Specific users ki profile pe USB disable karna chahta hoo, please mujhe koi Network expert batae k me kya karo ???

Server: Windows 2000 Server SP 4
Client: Windows XP
