Delete the first image in Thread!

I am Usama Shahzore. Ek thread me jo image paste kya gya hey,
us me kuch ABUSE LANGUAGE use ki gai hey. Me ne two times report ki hey
per wo image delete nai hua.
Me nain us Image ko Modify kar k neechey paste kya hey jis me se wo words
delete kar diye hen. Origionally this thread was posted by i_iffe.
So, I request you to please Delete the 1ST image from the following thread.
