Kelk2000 Problem. Please Help

I downloaded KELK2000 from this forum and installed it. It works sometimes and gives an error the other times. I have installed and checked this on three different computers but problem does not go away. It might be some cracked installation file. I have no idea and cannot work it out.

I posted my problem earlier on 27/05/09 but no one replied. I wrote my problem in Urdu thinking that national language was preferred here. I think people did not take it seriously.
