aap xp ki firewall ki Exception settings main add program karkay, Widnows live messenger ko add karlain aur phir add port karain aur tcp 51215 port ko bhi add kardain. pc restart karain aur bus hogaya aap ka kam

aur agar anti hacking jo program hai us main bhi rule define karain aur windows live messenger aur tcp outgoing port 51215 ko open kardain.
