One more addition in rules

Dear Mods, SMods and Administration plz add the simple rule of Coding of direct hotlinks like Rapidshare,Megaupload,4Shared.com,FileFactory and etc.
Apply this rule specially for two sections like software and gaming section.
So that we can go direct to our links not to a redirecting links or to a forum link.
Its only my opinion.
